Privacy Policy

This page is a starting template — please review it and add your own business details (legal name, address, timelines) from Admin → Pages.

What we collect

When you place an order, create an account, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your orders, respond to you, and — if you subscribed — send our newsletter. We never sell your details.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and login working.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your data at any time by writing to support@soulstories.in.

Cookies and your visit

With your permission we place one cookie in your browser. It lets us remember your visit: which pages you opened and for how long, the link that brought you here, and the kind of device you use. If you give us your name, phone number or email (for an order, an enquiry or in the chat), we join them with these visits so that we can serve you better and follow up.

We do not record what you type into forms, your payment details or your exact location. Questions typed or spoken to our chat assistant are answered automatically, sometimes with the help of an outside AI service, and may be read by our team. You can refuse the cookie when asked, and you can ask us at any time to delete what we hold about your visits by writing to support@soulstories.in.

Adverts and reminders

If you accept our cookie, we may also tell Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that a product was viewed, added to the bag or bought on this site, so that we can measure our adverts and show them again to people who visited us. We may share the email address or phone number you gave us with these advertising services, in a protected (hashed) form, so that our adverts reach or exclude existing customers.

If you leave products in your bag after giving us your email address, we may send you one reminder with a link to that bag. Every reminder and offer email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@soulstories.in to stop them.
